The house provides for an excellent family location environment. It has an exciting A-frame layout and, because of its location, noise from others is not a problem, and making a noise or enjoying good music with food and wine is not a problem either.

The house can accommodate two couples, or a family with up to four children, with bunk-beds, a double-bed, a king-sized bed and a pull-out couch-bed.
